A very quick visit this morning, before I had to go to work.

Counted 6 bats flying over the lake, close to the car park, and in the reeds, my first Reed Warbler of the year. The Common Gull is still on the island.

  2. I usually see bats here in the afternoon they scoop bugs outta the air right at twilight--

  4. Hi Keith...Bats are not one of my favorite creatures,but are beneficial I guess!!
    So nice to that the gull is doing ok..and "yes" your first Reed Warbler very good!!
    Clean your desk when you get a chance ...that's a laugh huh!!
